Roberts being in my sound and right senses calling to mind my mortality and being desirous to direct in what way my (p. 387) earthly substance shall be disposed of after my death do will that all my Just debts if any there be shall be paid, my body be decently buried in a christian like manner. Secondly. I will and bequest to my sister Patsy Ann Roberts one cow and calf and one bed and furniture and saddle. Thirdly I will and bequest that all the balance of my property Except my lands and the Special bequest above made and paying my debts be property of my wife Delila to dispose of as she may think proper and that she (my wife) have the use of all my land during her natural life and at her death the lands be sold and equally divided among all my mothers children.
