G. Barker of the other both of the county of Carter and State of Tennessee witnesseth that the said Joshua Williams for and in consideration of the sum of $150 one hundred and fifty dollars to him in had paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, he the said Williams hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth wipe off and convey to said Barker six acres of land in the county and state aforesaid in the waters of Buffalo. Beginning in Buffalo Creek at Kron's corner running south ___ degrees, East sixty poles on Krous' line to a large Black oak; then south 49 ½ degrees west 32 poles to a stake in the field. Then north 39 degrees, west 37 poles to a stake Archibald Williams _____ then north 50 degrees East ten poles and eight ____ to a stake said Williams Corner then north 49 degrees west to the beginning, together with every necessary privilege of Spring Water. Which tract of land with all its apperturences the said Joshua Williams for himself and his heirs doth warrant and will forever defend unto _____ said Barker, his heirs and ___ an indefeasible inheritance in the simple.
