Bullock Mrs. Minnie B. Bullock, 74, 114 Terrace Street, Elizabethton, died Saturday, April 20, 2002, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Bullock was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late John Morrell and Eva Lewis Blevins. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Ama and Margaret Whaley, and seven brothers, Beryl, Bill, Paul, Lynn, Bob, Lewis and Elbert Blevins. Mrs. Bullock was a retired employee of Blue Ridge Fabricators. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Walter T. Bullock; a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel K. and Doris Bullock, Hampton; a brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Margaret Blevins, Elizabethton; several nieces and nephews; and a special cousin, Maude Foley, Arlington, Va. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. BULLOCK -- Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie B. Bullock, 74, 114 Terrace Street, Elizabethton, who died Saturday, April 20, 2002, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, April 22, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Mark Street officiating. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, in the National Cemetery, Mountain Home. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, will be Bobby Ward, Phillip Ramsey, Roger Lewis, Justin Lewis, Eldon White, Terry Hodge, Bobby Stout and Steve Lewis. Honorary pallbearers will be all her nephews, her friends and neighbors, Dr. Robert Allen and Holland Morelock. A special "Thank You" to the staff of Hospice and her caregivers, Betty Hinkle and Annette Matherly. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at her residence. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday to go to the cemetery.
