Campbell 10/28/99 Percy B. Campbell, 80, 108 Moody Road, Butler, died Tuesday, October 26, 1999, at Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. Mr. Campbell was a native of Carter County and a son of the late Bill and Nettie Bailey Campbell. Mr. Campbell was a retired employee of North American Rayon Corporation, having worked there for 46 years, and was a member of the Little Milligan Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Bonnie Bunton Campbell; one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Carl White, Butler; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Claudette Campbell and Dan and Linda Campbell, all of Butler; and one sister, Mrs. Beulah Rainbolt, Butler. Six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. CAMPBELL -- Funeral services for Percy B. Campbell, 80, 108 Moody Road, Butler, who died Tuesday, will be conducted at 5 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Cecil "Nick" Bradshaw officiating. Rev. Ronnie Campbell will provide the music. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Campbell Cemetery, Butler. Military Graveside Honors will be conducted by the Captain Lynn H. Folsom VFW Post #2166. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Friday, will be Doug Hatley, Buzz White, Brandon Pilk, Jerry Cable, Brian Campbell, Dennis Campbell and Paul Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will be Dagel Moody, Delmas Bunton, Roger Edney, Boyd Haase, Gurney Pilk and Joe Casey. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Friday. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
