Campbell Charlotte Louise Campbell, 83, 2435 Iron Springs Road, Fairfield, Pa., formerly of Elizabethton, died Thursday, February 28, 2002, at Quincy Home & Village, Quincy, Pa. Mrs. Campbell was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late James L. Campbell Sr. and Elsie Goodwin Campbell. She was also preceded in death by a son, James Walsh, and by 10 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Campbell had lived in Pennsylvania for the past year. She was a member of Sims Hill Christian Church. Survivors include a son, Robert E. Campbell, Johnson City; three daughters, Sandra Kay Berry, Elizabethton, Margie Scalf, Frederick, Md., and Patricia Ann Ballard, Fairfield, Pa.; a sister, Winona McGee, Elizabethton; and two brothers, James L. Campbell Jr., Hampton, and Carson K. Campbell, Johnson City. Six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. CAMPBELL -- Funeral services for Charlotte Louise Campbell, 83, 2435 Iron Springs Road, Fairfield, Pa., formerly of Elizabethton, who died Thursday, February 28, 2002, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Ernie Depew, minister, officiating. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, in the Highland Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Dale Ballard, Keith Gaulding, Leonard Cool and E.A. Bowers.
