Claydon Earnestine Odom Claydon, 70, of Lynchburg Street, Memphis, died Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at her home. Mrs. Claydon was a native of Carter County, Tenn., and the daughter of the late Roy Odom and Dessie Cable Odom. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Master Chief Petty Officer Richard F. Claydon (U.S. Navy Retired) in 1995; a sister, Annalee Guy, in 1985; and a brother, Raymond Odom, in 1977. Survivors include one brother, Harold Odom, of Fall Branch. Five nieces and six nephews also survive. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Md. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest, Suite 123, Washington, D.C. 20004-2608.
