Collins 07/20/99 Rose B. Collins, 93, 2108 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City, died Monday, July 19, 1999, at Pine Ridge Care Center, Elizabethton, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Collins was a native of Roan Mountain and had lived most of her life in Johnson City. She was a daughter of the late Cain and Lenna Ingram Julian and was also preceded in death by her husband, William T. Collins, in 1951, two brothers, Earl Julian and Ed Julian, and three sisters, Betty Gibson, Flossie Gouge and Bertha Ollis. Survivors include three sisters, Mary Largent, Nell Julian and Billie Shell, all of Roan Mountain. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Morris-Baker Funeral Home, 2001 Oakland Avenue, Johnson City, (423) 282-1521, is in charge of arrangements. COLLINS -- Funeral services for Rose B. Collins, 93, 2108 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City, who died Monday, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday from the Morris-Baker North Chapel with Rev. H. Wayne Hunter officiating. Interment will follow graveside services at 10 a.m. Thursday at Monte Vista Burial Park, where the family and friends will meet for those services. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Morris-Baker Funeral Home, 2001 Oakland Avenue, Johnson City, is in charge of arrangements.
