Collins Nell L. Collins, 91, 709-1/2 West H. Street, Elizabethton, died Monday, July 2, 2001, at Hillview Health Care Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Collins was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late Daniel G. and Sally Davis Lowe. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe C. Collins, three sisters, Grace Moore, Bessie Brumitt and Mae Martin, and two brothers, Clarence Lowe and Brooks Lowe. Mrs. Collins was a member of Central Baptist Church, Johnson City, and a retired employee of the Bemberg Corporation. Survivors include several nieces and nephews and two very special friends, Sandra and Lloyd Kyte, Elizabethton. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, (423) 543-4917, is in charge of arrangements. Street, Elizabethton, who died Monday, July 2, 2001, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 5, at Monte Vista Burial Park with Father Harold Bahlow officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are requested to meet at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery.
