Culbert Mrs. Wanda Lee Culbert, 72, 1111 Lynndale Dr., Elizabethton, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, at her residence. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Coy and Grace Church Mann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kemp Culbert on June 13, 1994. She was formerly employed at Smith Mobile Homes. Mrs. Culbert was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Janis and Billy Stout, Jonesborough, a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Shelia Culbert, Jonesborough, a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Edna Mann, Elizabethton, two grandchildren, Adam Culbert and Amy Conley, four great-grandchildren, Isaiah Conley, Austin Stout, Sierra Stout and Kenneth Poore, two nieces, Tracie Mann and Sherry Nave. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. CULBERT -- Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Lee Culbert, 72, 1111 Lynndale Dr., Elizabethton, who died Friday, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Hendrich officiating. Graveside service and interment will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Mr. Gene Church will provide the music. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Monday, will be Billy Stout, Conn Nave, Jason Stout, Kenny Stout, Todd Conley, Bradley Wilcox, Chris Tidwell, Gary Eggers, Kenneth Mann, Jerry Mann, Jim Mann, Richard Arnett, Earl Rock and George Church. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Friends may also call at her residence. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Monday to go to the cemetery. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
