Deloach Mary Lee Singleton Deloach, 92, 121 Tilson Avenue, Hampton, died Thursday, January 18, 2001, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital following a brief illness. Mrs. Deloach was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late Daniel and Missouri Clark Shell. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Spencer Singleton, her second husband, Rev. Virgil Deloach, and by nine brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Deloach was a member of Morgan Branch Free Will Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Anna Singleton, Elizabethton; a daughter and son-in-law, Faye and Tommy Gould, Alexander City, Ala.; a sister, Dorothy Guinn, Roan Mountain; and three grandsons, Randy Singleton, Elizabethton, Tim Gould, Valdosta, Ga., and Tommy Gould, Anderson, S.C. Six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, (423) 543-4917, is in charge of arrangements. www.Funeral-Plans.com/Tetrick DELOACH -- Funeral services for Mary Lee Singleton Deloach, 92, 121 Tilson Avenue, Hampton, who died Thursday, January 18, 2001, were conducted at 8 p.m. Saturday, January 20, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Rhododendron Chapel, Roan Mountain, with the Rev. Jack Roddy and the Rev. Dana Coleman officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 21, at Richardson Cemetery, Roan Mountain. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Everyone will meet at the funeral home at 1:15 p.m. Sunday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence of her son, Frank Singleton, 1052 Highway 91, Stoney Creek, Elizabethton, at any time.
