Mrs. Donnelly was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late Robert and Irene Oakes Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Donnelly, April 5, 1978. Mrs. Donnelly was a member of Pinecrest Christian Church and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Home Demonstration Club. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Marvin Carden, Elizabethton, and Nell and Art Lewis, Perry, Fla.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five brothers, Ray Richardson, Quentin Richardson and Don Richardson, all of Elizabethton, Frank Richardson, Johnson City, and Dennis Richardson, Roanoke, Va. Visit our Web site at www.Funeral-Plans.com/Tetrick DONNELLY -- Funeral services for Evelyn Donnelly, 84, 256 Shenandoah Drive, Johnson City, who died Sunday, April 29, 2001, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Chapel of Peace, with Pastor Randal Johnson and Pastor Todd Maines officiating. Music will be under the direction of the Singing Christians Group and Lois Tipton, pianist. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 3, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be grandsons and friends of the church. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Smith, Harry Smith, Bill Smith, Don Chambers and Ernest Thomason. Everyone will meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
