Mr. Dugger was a native of Carter County and the son of the late Carter and Bessie Richardson Dugger. He was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Mr. Dugger was a farmer and a member of the Elk River Baptist Church. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Marlene Dugger, Butler. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, is in charge of arrangements DUGGER -- Funeral services for Loyd Dugger Jr., 69, 136 Green Hollow Road, Butler, who died Monday, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, with Rev. Ray Greene officiating. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Whitehead Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence of his brother, Earl Dugger, 234 Dewey Payne Road, Butler, any time. The family, friends, minister and pallbearers will meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Thursday. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
