Dugger Retha Lue Dugger, 70, 109 Joe Dugger Road, Butler, died suddenly Sunday, April 8, 2001, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Dugger was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late Dave and Winnie Dugger Campbell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Dugger, a son, Ronnie Dean Dugger, and by four brothers and a sister. Mrs. Dugger was a member of Elk Mills Christian Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa Routh and Joyce and Roger Miller, all of Butler; a son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Nicole Dugger, Butler; five grandchildren, James Miller, Jon Miller and his wife Kim, Aretha Routh, Ronie Johnson and Emily Routh, all of Butler; and special nephews, Frank Miller and Bill Miller, both of Butler. Visit our Web site at www.Funeral-Plans.com/Tetrick DUGGER -- Funeral services for Retha Lue Dugger, 70, 109 Joe Dugger Road, Butler, who died Sunday, April 8, 2001, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, at Elk Mills Christian Church with Mr. Terry Dugger and Mr. Andy Lunceford, ministers, officiating. Music will be under the direction of the Elk Mills Christian Church Choir. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, at Whitehead Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jon Miller, James Miller, David Miller, Andy Miller, Johnny Alexander, Larry Campbell and Cheryl Miller. Everyone will meet at Elk Mills Christian Church at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Elk Mills Christian Church. Friends may also call at the residence of a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Roger Miller, 120 John Miller Road, Butler.
