Dugger, 71, of Nashville, died Friday, January 4, 2002, in Nashville. Mr. Dugger was a native of Carter County and had lived in Nashville for a number of years. Survivors include two daughters, Linda S. Barber and Cathy Ann Dugger, both of Nashville; two sons, Ricky and Roger Dugger, both of Nashville; three sisters, Mae Dugger and Joyce Wheeler, both of Black Mountain, N.C., and Ruby Taft, Canton, Ohio; and three brothers, Shelton and Geary Dugger, both of Roan Mountain, and Jim Dugger, Statesville, N.C. Four grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Rhododendron Chapel, Roan Mountain, is in charge of arrangements. Dugger, 71, of Nashville, who died Friday, January 4, 2002, will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday, January 6, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Rhododendron Chapel, Roan Mountain, with Mr. Gerald Holly, minister, officiating. Music will be under the direction of Mrs. Charlotte Smith. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, January 7, at Dugger Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Rhododendron Chapel.
