Edmondson Mary Alice Edmondson, 73, 1466 Broad Street, Elizabethton, died Tuesday, December 4, 2001, at Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness. Mrs. Edmondson was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late William and Mary Louise Campbell Richardson. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Richardson and Harry Richardson. Mrs. Edmondson was a member of Grace Baptist Church and supported Riverview Baptist Church. She was a secretary and farmer. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Glen "Butch" and Andrea Edmondson, Elizabethton, and two grandchildren, Glen "Lee" Edmondson, Elizabethton, and Adam Christopher Law, Jonesborough. Visit our Web site at www.Funeral- Plans.com/Tetrick EDMONDSON -- Funeral services for Mary Alice Edmondson, 73, 1466 Broad Street, Elizabethton, who died Tuesday, December 4, 2001, were conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Chapel of Peace, with the Rev. Burl Garland officiating. Music will be under the direction of Kenneth Miller, soloist. Committal and entombment services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 6, in the Mausoleum of Peace at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Adam Christopher Law, Allen Goodwin, Lee Goodwin, Eddie Spears, Staley Proffitt and Kenneth Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be John Little, Dennis Clawson, James Stafford, Charlie Berry, Larry Absher, Bobby Jo Oliver, Justin Guess, and special friend Virginia Stover. Everyone will meet at the funeral home at 2:15 p.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
