Geisler Miss Margaret E. Geisler, 84, 307 West "H" Street, Elizabethton, died Saturday, June 3, 2000, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital following a brief illness. Miss Geisler was a native and lifelong resident of Carter County and a daughter of the late Hubert and Nell Laws Geisler. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Glen Geisler, and two sisters, Hazel Clark and Sylvia Estep. Miss Geisler was a retired clerk with the U.S. Government in the ASCS Office. She was a member of the Elizabethton Senior Citizens and the First Christian Church. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. This service is entrusted to Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home. GEISLER -- A service of entombment for Miss Margaret E. Geisler, 84, 307 West "H" Street, Elizabethton, who died Saturday, June 3, 2000, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, in the chapel of the Mausoleum of Peace at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Dr. Don Marshall, minister, officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum. Honorary pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews. Friends may call at the mausoleum chapel Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to the service hour. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jack Brumit Scholarship Fund, c/o First Christian Church, 513 Hattie Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
