Guinn 10/04/99 Jimmy Frank Guinn, 76, 191 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, died Friday, Oct. 1, 1999, in the Pine Ridge Care Center. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Will and Rhoda Moore Guinn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Slagle Guinn, two brothers and one sister. He was retired from the Maintenance Department of Iodent Corp. He was a member of the Prayer Tabernacle. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law: Julie Guinn Perrigan and Patsy and Ronnie Trivette, all of Elizabethton; two sisters: Madge Beckett and Irene McKinney, both of Elizabethton; one brother, James F. Guinn, Elizabethton; four grandsons: Stephen Perrigan, Michael Perrigan, Seth Bennett and Tony Trivett; one granddaughter, Lynetta Head; two great-granddaughters: Ashley and Whitney McClure; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. GUINN — Funeral services for Jimmy Frank Guinn, 76, 191 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, who died Friday, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Clate Briggs and the Rev. Gordon Wagner officiating. Graveside service and interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Highland Cemetery. The Prayer Tabernacle Choir will provide the music. Active pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10:40 a.m. Monday will be Steven Perrigan, Michael Perrigan, Pat Guinn, Larry Guinn, Rick Guinn, Ronnie Guinn, Tony Trivette, Bill McKinney, Tom Stevenson and Seth Bennett. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Kincaid and the nursing staff of McLeod Cancer Center, Dr. Wilson and the nursing staff, Mountain Empire Neurological Services and Dr. Scott Caudle and the staff of Sycamore Shoals Hospital. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence of his daughters, Patsy Trivette, 107 S.C. Slagle Road, Elizabethton, or Julie Guinn Perrigan, 103 Quinn Street, Elizabethton. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:40 a.m. Monday to go to the cemetery. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
