Hall Juanita Nidiffer Hall, 86, 1465 Highway 91, Elizabethton, died Monday, September 11, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Hall was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Alfred and Suebird Nidiffer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Spencer Hall, February 26, 1985; a daughter, Betty Joyce Tucker; a son, Ronnie Hall; a sister, Effie Silver; and a brother, Ray Snyde "Slick" Nidiffer. Mrs. Hall was a member of the Caldwell Springs Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Gloria Hall, Elizabethton; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Caroline Nidiffer, Elizabethton; three special grandchildren, Amy Hall, Chris Hall and Bobby Blevins, and two other grandchildren, Patty Blevins and Pauletta Bowling, all of Elizabethton. Several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, (423) 542-2232, is in charge of arrangements. www.Funeral-Plans.com/Tetrick HALL -- Funeral services for Juanita Nidiffer Hall, 86, 1465 Highway 91, Elizabethton, who died Monday, September 11, 2000, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Estep officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 14, at Caldwell Springs Cemetery in Elizabethton. Active pallbearers will be Jeff Lewis, Norman Peters, Robert Ritchie, John Nidiffer, Wendell Jeffery, Doug Buckles, Bobby Blevins and J.B. Woods. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Whaley, Darrell Whaley, Paul Combs, Jimmy Hyder, Fred Smith and A.D. "Sonny" Fletcher. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 9:55 a.m. Thursday for the graveside services. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
