Anne T. Hazen
Anne Turrentine Hazen, 84, Todd Preis Dr., Nashville, formerly of 
Elizabethton, died Saturday, September 4, 2004. 
Mrs. Hazen was the daughter of the late Raymond and Alice Turrentine of 
Elizabethton and a sister of the late Raymond and Jimmie Turrentine. 
She is survived by her husband, John of the home; a daughter; three sons 
and several grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 18, 2004 at the 
Hillsboro Presbyterian Church, Nashville.
