Plymouth IND. - Shelton H. Hazlewood, 66, 16115 12B Road, died at about 6 a.m.
Wednesday in his home.  A native of Fish Springs, Tennessee, he was the son of
Robert and Iris Hazlewood.  Mr. Hazelwood was a World War II Navy veteran.  He
was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda L. Hazelwood.  Survivors include
his wife, Delma Peters; four daughters, Sandra Donaldson, Flint Michigan;
Linda Conklin, Plymouth, Indiana, Deborah O'Konski, Niles, Michigan and Sheila
Hazlewood, San Antonio, Texas; one son, Robert Hazlewood, Mishawaka, Indiana;
four brothers, Sherill Hazlewood, Elizabethton, Dick Hazlewood, Hampton, Dwain
Hazlewood and Ralph Hazlewood, both of Franklin; one sister Betty Stevens,
Hampton.  Nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.  Van
Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth, Indiana, is in charge of the arrangements.

(Shelton was the son of Robert (Dutch) Hazlewood c1905-c1950 and Iris Huntley
1905-1996.)
