Leroy H. Jack

   Leroy Haskell Jack, 81, Marietta Road, Canton, Ga., died Monday, 
July 8, 2002, at his residence in Canton following a lengthy illness.
   Mr. Jack was a native of Carter County, Tenn., and the son of the 
late Melvin L. and Anna Wilson Jack. He was also preceded in death by 
five brothers and a sister.
   Mr. Jack was a member of First Baptist Church of Canton. He was a 
U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
   Survivors include his wife, Mary Mitchell Jack, of the home; a son, 
Leroy H. Jack Jr., Valdosta, Ga.; a daughter, Joan Hill, Canton, Ga.; 
five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Katherine 
Jones, Elizabethton.
   Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. in 
Canton.
