Julian 1/12/00 Martha Ann Julian, 73, 123 Cates Corner, Hampton, died Monday, January 10, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Julian was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late James S. and Hester Honeycutt Roberson. Mrs. Julian was a charter member of Sunset Free Will Baptist Church and a retired employee of North American Rayon Corporation and Bemberg Industries. Survivors include her husband, Vearl S. Julian, of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Eston Honeycutt, Wayne, Mich., and Patsy L. and Harry Crow, Hampton; a daughter-in-friendship, Shawana Brewer, Knoxville; a son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Ray and Mary Jo Julian, Hampton; a sister, Maggie Miller, Elizabethton; three brothers, Orville Roberson and Carl Roberson, both of Elizabethton, and Richard Roberson, Johnson City; four grandchildren and their spouses, Kristi and Jeffery Smith, Hampton, Renay and Duane Estep, Fenton, Mich., Gregory and Christine Honeycutt, Westland, Mich., and Robin and Lynn Honeycutt, Elizabethton; and a granddaughter-in-love, Brittany Range, Elizabethton. Four great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, (423) 542-2232, is in charge of arrangements. www.Funeral-Plans.com/Tetrick JULIAN -- Funeral services for Martha Ann Julian, 73, 123 Cates Corner, Hampton, who died Monday, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Jaynes, Rev. Gary Whitehead and Rev. Sam Ferguson officiating. Music will be under the direction of the Sunset Youth Choir. Graveside services and interment will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Kenneth Stevens, Jeffery Smith, Dudley Ingram, Jeff Odom, Jared McKinney and J.W. Baird. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Sunset Free Will Baptist Church, Staffs of Holston Valley Hospital, Quillen Rehab Center, Johnson City Medical Center, Life Care Center of Elizabethton and Carter County Rescue Squad, Rev. Charles Briggs, Johnny Ramsey, Henry Shuttle and Tony Pierce. Everyone will meet at Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, at 9:45 a.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Free Will Baptist Church. Friends may also call at the residence of her son, Johnny Ray Julian, 630 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, any time.
