Kiser Mr. Ernest R. Kiser, 70, 349 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, Tenn., died Friday, July 14, 2000, in the Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness. A native of Carter County, Tenn., he was the son of the late Ezra and Cynthia O'Quinn Kiser. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Williams Kiser, Jan. 17, 1980, one son, one daughter, three brothers, one sister, two grandsons and one granddaughter. He was a retired employee of the Bemberg Corporation and was a member of the Johnson City Moose Lodge. He was a member of the Delphi Primitive Baptist Church, Dante, Va. Survivors include a son, Russell Kiser of the home, a son and daughter- in-law, Ronnie and Debra Kiser, Watauga, Tenn.; a son and his fiance"'", Roger Kiser and Tammie Ford, Watauga, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren, five great- grandchildren, and several nieces nephews, and cousins. Kiser, 70, 349 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, Tenn., will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2000, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow the service in the George Mottern Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Bill Kiser, William Lusk, John Ramey, Ronnie Kiser, Jr., Lynn Kiser, and Beecher O'Quinn, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Wetzel Wright, Paul Ollinger, Jr., Michael Potter, Dr. Joseph May, friends and neighbors. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2000, or at the home of a son, Ronnie Kiser, 369 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, Tenn., at any time.
