CARTER COUNTY, TN - OBITUARIES - Ruby M. Boyd Little, 14 May 2004

Ruby M. Boyd Little, 90, Linda Joyce Drive, Bartlett, Tenn., 
died Friday, May 14, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East, Memphis, Tenn., 
following a brief illness.

Mrs. Little was a native and former resident of Elizabethton, Tenn., 
and a former resident of Michigan. She was the daughter of the late 
Charles and Gertrude Boyd.

Mrs. Little was of the Baptist Faith. She was a former employee of 
North American Rayon Corporation and a homemaker. 

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Little, of the home; one son 
and daughter-in-law, Dr. Thomas Nelson Little and Phyllis Little, 
Germantown, Tenn.; one sister, Mable Stiles, Elizabethton; one brother, 
Erby Boyd, Long Island, N.Y.; and three grandsons, Dylan Little of 
Oregon, Thomas Little Jr., Germantown, Tenn., and Chalmas Little, 
Knoxville, Tenn. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, May 17, in 
the Riverside Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, with the 
Rev. Darrell Holly officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill 
Cemetery, Roan Mountain. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 
p.m. Sunday, May 16, at the funeral home. Online condolences may be
