Lovelace 1/10/00 Orden Carl Lovelace, 77, 146 Webb Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, died Friday, January 7, 2000, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Lovelace was a native of Carter County and a son of the late Thomas and Carrie Russell Lovelace. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen Lovelace, November 23, 1998, two sisters, Juanita Lovelace and Pearl Hardin, and two brothers, Harold Lovelace and Noah Lovelace. Mr. Lovelace was a retired employee of North American Rayon Corporation. Survivors include a daughter, Pat Colbaugh, Elizabethton; a sister, Pauline Lewis, Deltona, Fla.; six brothers, John Lovelace, Allen Lovelace and Ed Lovelace, all of Elizabethton, Clinton Lovelace, Johnson City, Glen Lovelace, Detroit, Mich., and Thomas Lovelace, Hampton; a granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Karla and Larry Bowers, Sevierville; a grandson, Robert Colbaugh, Elizabethton; and a great-grandson, Matthew Bowers, Sevierville. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements LOVELACE -- Funeral services for Orden Carl Lovelace, 77, 146 Webb Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, who died Friday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Campbell officiating. Interment will be in the Caldwell Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. Sunday until the service hour. Friends may also call at the residence of his daughter, Pat Colbaugh, 148 Webb Hollow Loop, Elizabethton. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
