Livingston Mrs. Allie Mae Stout Livingston, 83, 810 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, died Wednesday, December 27, 2000, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Livingston was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late John Abe and Linnie Perdue Stout. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Luther Livingston, a daughter, Dorthy Williams, and two brothers, Glenn and Floyd Stout. Mrs. Livingston was a homemaker and a Charter Member of the Valley Forge Church of God, having attended the church for over 60 years. She had numerous half-sisters and brothers. Survivors include four sons, Roy Livingston, Carrol Livingston and Jerry Livingston, all of Elizabethton, and Richard Livingston, Hampton; three brothers, Harry Stout and Gilbert Stout, both of Elizabethton, and Robert Stout, Indianapolis, Ind.; a grandson, Roger Livingston; a granddaughter, Traci Livingston; a great-granddaughter, Whitney Livingston; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Ray Rash. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. LIVINGSTON -- Funeral services for Mrs. Allie Mae Stout Livingston, 83, 810 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, who died Wednesday, December 27, 2000, and is now in heaven rejoicing with the Angels, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 30, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ken Bewley and the Rev. Mike Kirby officiating. Jurrelle Smith will provide the music. Interment will be in the Jenkins Cemetery. Mrs. Livingston was a devout Christian, a devoted mother and dedicated member of the church. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, will be Ray Livingston, Gary Stout, Tommy Stout, Larry Stout, Arvil Livingston, Homer Sims, Powell Melton and J.D. Livingston. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Life Care Center of Elizabethton. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. Saturday until the service hour at 2 p.m. Friends may also call at the residence of a son, Jerry Livingston, 511 Race Street, Elizabethton. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
