Milhorn Mrs. Pansy Fair Milhorn, 80, of 128 Hendrix Dr., Johnson City, died Saturday, April 21, 2007, in the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Milhorn was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Norman "Nom" H. Fair and Etta Mae Roe Fair. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Johnson City. Survivors include her husband, Wylie F. Milhorn, of the home; and a special niece, Jean Slemp, Elizabethton. Several other nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service for Mrs. Pansy Fair Milhorn will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2007, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 1-2:00 p.m. Monday, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Win-A-Kuple Class for the Carpenter Mission, First Christian Church, 200 E. Mountcastle Dr., Johnson City, TN 37601.
