McCloud William Zeb McCloud, 86, 683 Clear Springs Road, Limestone, died Wednesday, July 5, 2000. Mr. McCloud was a native of Carter County and the son of the late William Thomas and Martha Ann Hyder McCloud. He was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Mr. McCloud was a retired Park Superintendent with the Tennessee Conservation Department. He was a member of the Limestone United Methodist Church and a member of the Limestone Ruritan Club. Survivors include his wife, Tharon McCloud, of the home; a daughter, Shelia Street, Limestone; a son, William Zeb McCloud Jr., Limestone; a granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Sonja and Jerry Richardson, Jonesborough; and two sisters, Melba Bowers, Mintner, Ala., and Dorothy Shultz, Loudon. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home, 418 W. College Street, Jonesborough, (423) 753-0514, is in charge of arrangements. McCLOUD -- Funeral services for William Zeb McCloud, 86, 683 Clear Springs Road, Limestone, who died Wednesday, July 5, 2000, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 6, from the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Thieben officiating. Interment services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 7, at Urbana Cemetery. There will be a procession from the funeral home to the cemetery Friday morning prior to the graveside service. The family of Mr. McCloud will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday prior to the funeral service and all other times at the home of his daughter, Sheila Street, 681 Clear Springs Road, Limestone. Active pallbearers will be Jason Richardson, Bill Swatzell, Bill Hagie, Bill Collett, Terry Haynes and Buckey Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Limestone United Methodist Church and the men of Limestone Ruritan Club. Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home, 418 W.
