Mrs. Miller was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late John and Mira Miller Clark. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Bernie Bailey; four brothers, Charles Clark, Henry Clark, Edd Clark and Luther Clark; two sisters, Hattie Carver and Lillie Cochran; three sons, Floyd Bailey, Arnold Bailey and J.D. Miller; and two daughters, Gracie Bailey and Gail Miller. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Fairview Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Charlie Miller; three daughters, Mamie Hyder of Mississippi, June Heaton, Jasper, Mich., and Maxine Vance, Hampton; four sons, Norman Miller and Roy Miller, both of Unicoi, Garnie Miller, Elizabethton, and Dale Miller, Hampton; two step-daughters, Pansy Edmond and Estline Ellison. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
