Pinckard Margaret Jane Wilcox Pinckard, 87, 625 West E Street, Elizabethton, died Monday, December 18, 2006, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Clemma Geisler Wilcox. Mrs. Pinckard was a 1937 graduate of Elizabethton High School and was retired from Randall Birchfield Realty. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elizabethton. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pinckard was preceded in death by her husband, Joel D. Pinckard, her brothers, John and Fred Wilcox, and her sisters, Sarah Hathaway, Hazel Smith and Elizabeth Hurst. Survivors include her children and their families, Jane Malone and JoAnn and Ron Stanley, all of Elizabethton, and Dan and Debbie Pinckard of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Kristi Malone DeMoss and Chad DeMoss, Kimber Malone, John Willie Malone and Natasha, Bethany Pinckard, Holly Pinckard, LeAnn Stanley Holly and Jason Holly; and her great-grandchildren, Bailey DeMoss, Chantz DeMoss, Reazyn DeMoss, Greenlee Malone, Megan Ocano, Jaxton Holly, Braden Holly and Madison Holly. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services for Mrs. Pinckard will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 22, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with the Rev. Brent Seals and Willie Malone officiating. Interment will follow the service. Active pallbearers will be Jason Holly, John Malone, John Seehorn, Chad DeMoss, Chantz DeMoss and Travis Holly. Honorary pallbearers will be Randall Birchfield, Mitch Nevins and Dr. Jack Holly. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
