Carl M. Presnell 





    Carl M. Presnell, formerly of Roan Mountain, passed away on April 4, 2007, 

at St. Lukes Hospital in Cudahy, Wisc. 





    Carl was the son of the late James and Mollie Presnell of Roan Mountain. 





    In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his beloved wife 

of 46 years, Dorothy Mae (Dolan) Presnell; one sister, Bernice Presnell; and 

four brothers, Billy, Glen, Edgar, and Dave Presnell; one sister-in-law, Kathy 

Presnell. Carl leaves behind one son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Chris 

Presnell of Milwaukee, Wisc.; one granddaughter, April Presnell, of Milwaukee, 

Wisc.; one brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Yvette Presnell of 

Waukesha, Wisc.; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Luvena and Dennis Erwin of 

Hampton, Betty and Norman Glover of Elizabethton, and Valerie and Dale Miller 

of Johnson City; four sisters-in-law, Martha Esther (Dolan) Shell of 

Elizabethton, Louella Presnell of Milwaukee, Wisc., Hildred Presnell of 

Elizabethton, and Barbara Sue (Dolan) Black of Roan Mountain. He is also 

survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews, the Macintosh family, his co-

workers and numerous friends and neighbors. 





    The family will receive friends Monday, April 9, 2007, from 5-8 p.m. at 

Schranka-Nero Funeral Home, 3701 E. Layton Avenue, Cudahy, Wisc. Funeral 

services will be conducted Tuesday, April 10 at 10 a.m. at the final resting 

place, St. Adalbert's Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wisc. Courtesy of Tetrick Funeral
