Ida P. Peters 

Ida Pauline Peters, 93, East Street, Elizabethton, died 
Friday, May 9, 2003, at Pine Ridge Care Center.
Miss Peters was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the 
late Henry and Mary Catherine Taylor Peters. She was also preceded 
in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Miss Peters was a member of Moores Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth Jones, Piney Flats, and several 
nieces and nephews. 
Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

PETERS -- Funeral services for Ida Pauline Peters, 93, East 
Street, Elizabethton, who died Friday, May 9, 2003, will be conducted 
at 8 p.m. Sunday, May 11, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. 
Clarence Phillips and the Rev. Orville Stokes officiating. Music 
will be provided by the Moores Chapel Choir. Graveside services and 
interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, in the Kress Cemetery. 
Pallbearers will be nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 
to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the 
residence of James M. and Patsy Peters, 107 Jim Morrell Loop, 
Elizabethton. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 
at 10:15 a.m. Monday to go to the cemetery. Condolences may be

Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
