Richardson Mrs. Anna P. Richardson, 85, Courtyard Apartments, 710 E. Second Street, Elizabethton, died Sunday, July 9, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Richardson was a lifelong resident of Stoney Creek and a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Ellen Myers Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Richardson, five sisters and three brothers, including her twin brother, Danny, who died at four years of age. Mrs. Richardson was a member of Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Johnnie Harmon Richardson, Elizabethton; a daughter and son-in-law, Hazel and Gary Bishop, Tallahassee, Fla.; and five grandchildren, Tracy Richardson, Travis Richardson and Donna Richardson Caldwell, all of Lenoir, N.C., Maj. Jeb S. Bishop, Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, S.C., and Lt. Lee D. Bishop, Fort Lewis, Wash. Five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. RICHARDSON -- Funeral services for Mrs. Anna P. Richardson, 85, Courtyard Apartments, 710 E. Second Street, Elizabethton, who died Sunday, July 9, 2000, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Elmer Carter and Rev. Earl Campbell officiating. Mrs. Faye Campbell will provide the music. Graveside services and interment will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 13, in the Richardson Cemetery. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 8:55 a.m. Thursday, will be Maj. Jeb S. Bishop, Lt. Lee Bishop, Tracy Richardson, Travis Richardson, Kenneth Caldwell and Buford Richardson. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 8:55 a.m. Thursday. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
