CARTER COUNTY, TN - OBITUARIES - Clara Maude Livingston Richardson, 30 Apr 2004

Clara Maude Livingston Richardson, 94, Highway 91, Elizabethton, 
died Friday, April 30, 2004, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton 
following a brief illness.

Mrs. Richardson was a native of Carter County and the daughter of 
the late George Pettiebone and Susan Ann Estep Livingston. She was 
also preceded in death by a son, James Shoun, four brothers, four 
sisters and three nephews. 

Survivors include her husband, Crucie Richardson, of the home; two 
sisters, Blannie Carden and Nancy Carolyn Madden, both of Elizabethton; 
three grandchildren, Jamie Shoun, Sharon Boyd and Larry Boyd, all of 
North Carolina; and three great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, 
great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. 

The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 2, at 
Garland Cemetery, Stoney Creek Community, with the Rev. Clate Briggs 
and the Rev. Willie Campbell officiating. Active pallbearers will be 
selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends at 
Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
