Roberts 3/24/00 Luna L. Roberts, 95, Life Care Center of Elizabethton, died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. Mrs. Roberts was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late James A. and Emma Douglas Ingram. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dave Roberts, and two sons, Herman Roberts and Clarence Roberts. Mrs. Roberts was a member of East Side Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Addie Dooley of Oregon, Joyce Jones and Peggy Swanson, both of Elizabethton, and Scarlett Smith, Johnson City. Five grandsons, one granddaughter, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Roberts, 95, Life Care Center of Elizabethton, who died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, March 24, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, with Rev. Howard Messer and Rev. Reece Harris officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 25, at Lyons Chapel Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Horace Calhoun, Johnny Holder, Mark Simmons, Al Hughes, Greg Swanson and Phil Stanley. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 9:55 a.m. Saturday for the graveside service.
