Rutter Mrs. Ivadean Estep Rutter, 81, 2626 Highway 91, Shady Valley, died Friday, March 2, 2001, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Rutter was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Sam and Eliza Richardson Estep. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ciscero Lee Rutter, February 13, 1994, a son, Lester Rutter, and by three brothers and a sister. Mrs. Rutter had lived in Shady Valley for a number of years. She was of the Free Will Baptist Faith. Survivors include four sons, Herbert Rutter, Mountain City, Sam Rutter and David Rutter, both of Shady Valley, and Larry Rutter, of the home; six daughters, Margaret Manuel, Lois Roark and Phyllis Shepherd, all of Mountain City, Shelby Hodge and Glenda Shepherd, both of Shady Valley, and Betty Henson, Gray; two sisters, Onnie Mae Richardson, Elizabethton, and Leone Grindstaff, Lenoir City; and a brother, Carson Estep, Johnson City. Twenty- four grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. RUTTER -- Funeral services for Mrs. Ivadean Estep Rutter, 81, 2626 Highway 91, Shady Valley, who died Friday, March 2, 2001, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, March 5, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Brokeing and the Rev. Sonny Thomas officiating. Music will be provided by The Narrow Road. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, in the Richardson Cemetery (Stoney Creek). Pallbearers will be grandsons. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday for the graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence. Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
