Hazel P. Shelton 

   Hazel Sue Pritchard Shelton, 66, 932 Columbia Road, Bristol, died 
Thursday, October 4, 2001, at Wellmont Hospice House.
   Mrs. Shelton was a native of Carter County, but had lived most of her 
life in the Bristol area. She was the daughter of the late John and Bessie 
Hurley Pritchard.
   Mrs. Shelton was a homemaker.
   Survivors include her husband, R.J. Shelton; a daughter, Blanch Henson, 
Bristol; a stepson, Jack Shelton; eight grandchildren; five great-
grandchildren; a sister, Myrtle Nickols, Johnson City; and a brother, 
Herman Pritchard, Elizabethton.
   Weaver Funeral Home, 630 Locust Street, Bristol, (423) 968-2111, is 
in charge of arrangements.
   
   SHELTON -- Funeral services for Hazel Sue Pritchard Shelton, 66, 932 
Columbia Road, Bristol, who died Thursday, October 4, 2001, will be held 
at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 6, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with 
the Rev. Jimmy Epperson and the Rev. Jess Neal officiating. Interment will 
follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be friends of the 
family. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the 
funeral home. Weaver Funeral Home, 630 Locust Street, Bristol, (423) 
968-2111, is in charge of arrangements.
