Obituary appeared in a January 1968 issue of the Elizabethton Star 

Mrs Lillie L. Sheffield, age 65, of Route 2, Hampton, died at the residence
unexpectedly Tuesday morning.  Mrs. Sheffield was a native of Carter County
and a member of the Union Baptist Church,  She was the widow of the late Clint
Sheffield.  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Edith Watts of Route 7,
Elizabethton; two sons, Raymond Price of Greensboro, N.C., and Sgt. J.L. Price
of Frankfort, Germany; two sisters, Mrs. Faye Lyons and Mrs. Alice Lyons of
Route 4, Elizabethton; a brother, Andy Greer of Ohio; nine grandchildren also
survive.  Tetrick Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
