CARTER COUNTY, TN - OBITUARIES - Kathleen Keller Sheffield, 28 Apr 2004 ----¤¤¤---- Kathleen K. Sheffield Kathleen Keller Sheffield, 84, formerly of Holston Hills Lane, Marion, Va., died on Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at Asbury Place, Johnson City. A native of Shell Creek, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late George and Grace Hoss Keller. Mrs. Sheffield was a member of First Christian Church of Marion, Va. Also, in Marion, she was the owner of a dental laboratory. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Sheffield; a daughter, Cathy Neprud and a brother, Sidney Keller. Survivors include a son-in-law, Scott Neprud, and two grandchildren, Scott and Nikki Neprud, all of Suffolk, Va.; four sisters, Christine Sprinkle of Johnson City; Hellen Johnston, of Pinecrest, Tenn.; Fredia Proffitt of Greeneville, and Sue White of Charlotte, N.C.; two brothers, Furd Keller of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. and Don Keller of Peru, Ind. and several nieces and nephews. The graveside service for Kathleen Keller Sheffield will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2004, at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Mr. Tim Carlson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 to 12 p.m. in the Sunrise Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Services. Those who plan to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12:15 p.m. The family requests no flowers.
