Juanita N. Warren 





    Juanita Nave Warren, 78, formerly of 401 Ridgecrest Drive, Elizabethton, 

died Tuesday, January 24, 2006, at Pine Ridge Care Center following a brief 

illness. 





    Mrs. Warren was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Vern 

and Nellie Frazier Nave. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death 

by her husband, Carl Boyd Warren, August 17, 1985, a sister, Violet Hall, and 

three brothers, Denver, Dale and Glen Nave. 





    Mrs. Warren was a member of Grace Baptist Church and was a homemaker. 





    Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Frances Moody Nave and Frances 

Nave, both of Elizabethton, and Nellie Nave of California; four nieces, Linda 

Nave, Duck, N.C., Fayetta Hiepler of California, Karen Engftrom of Florida, and 

Sabena Nave, Elizabethton; and three nephews, Ronnie Nave and wife Tammy and 

Connie Nave, all of Elizabethton, and Larry Nave of California. 





    The graveside service for Mrs. Warren will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, 

January 26, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Rev. John Perkins officiating. 

Everyone is asked to meet at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to go in 

procession to the cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and 

friends. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to 

the American Lung Association. Contribution envelopes may be picked up in the 

lobby of the funeral home. Condolence messages may be sent to the family at
