Funeral notice appeared in the Sunday, August 20, 1961 Elizabethton Star

Funeral services for William Worth Wilson of Mountain City will be conducted
from the Dewey Christian Church, Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. H.P. Mabry
and Rev. Johnny Baldwin officiating.  Pallbearers will be friends and
neighbors.  Flowerbearers will be neighbors and ladies of the church.  The
body will remain in the Funeral home chapel until 2 p.m. Tuesday at which time
it will be taken to the church to lie in state until the service hour.  Lewis
Gentry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Burial will be in Wilson's
Cemetery.
