Williams 11/17/99 Hunter J. "Bo" Williams, 75, 504 Riverside Drive, Elizabethton, died Tuesday, November 16, 1999, at the James H. Quillen V.A. Medical Center Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Williams was a native of Carter County and the son of the late Howard Williams and Edith Williams Hampton. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Tillman H. Williams. Mr. Williams was of the Baptist faith and a retired employee of North American Rayon Corporation. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Beulah Williams, of the home; a daughter, Judy Nell Bowling, Elizabethton; three sons, Michael Williams, of the home, Hunter "Bo" Nave, Elizabethton, and Donnie Williams, Piney Flats; two step- daughters, Sue Humphrey and Della Smith, both of Elizabethton; a half-sister and her husband, Edith and Dalton Tolley, Elizabethton; and a special uncle, Ed Williams, Nashville. Twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. "Bo" Williams, 75, 504 Riverside Drive, Elizabethton, who died Tuesday, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at T etrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, with Rev. Johnny Perkins and Rev. Steve Burleson officiating. Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park with military honors by the Captain Lynn H. Folsom V.F.W. Post #2166. Active pallbearers will be grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be Dalton Tolley, Bill Miller, Don Tetrick, John Marlow, Roger White and Eddie Easterly. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the residence any time.
