Williams 02/22/99 Hazel Isaacs Williams, 79, 237 Lick Skillet Road, Elizabethton, died Thursday, February 18, 1999, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Williams was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late David E. and Maggie E. Green Isaacs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Grover Williams, September 3, 1998, a daughter, Geraldine Rehart, May 16, 1993, a sister and four brothers. Mrs. Williams was a member of Nidiffer Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Bemberg Industries. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and Bill Hamilton, Elizabethton; a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Melissa Williams, Hampton; a son-in-law, Elmer Rehart, Elizabethton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and Earl Hart, Cottonwood, Ariz., and Florence Pierce, Oak Ridge; a brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Charlotte Isaacs, Elizabethton; and five grandchildren, Susan Bledsoe, Ginger Bailey, Danielle Williams and Jeff Hamilton, all of Elizabethton, and Mike Rehart, Kingsport. Three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. WILLIAMS -- Funeral services for Hazel Isaacs Williams, 79, 237 Lick Skillet Road, Elizabethton, who died Thursday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tetrick Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, with Rev. Bill Watson officiating. Music will be under the direction of Mrs. Cathy Wilson. Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Rev. Earnest Garland officiating at the graveside service. Active pallbearers will be Jeff Hamilton, Mike Rehart, Matt Bailey, Jeff Bledsoe, Bob Collins, Teddy Collins, Charlie Hamilton and Willard Collins. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Burrough, Eddie Nidiffer, Rev. Jack Roddy, June Perry, Ted Smith, Luther Collins, Earl Collins, Arthur Collins, Martin Graybeal, Martin Pierce Jr., Thomas Markland, Dale Hamilton, Ken Perry, Sherrill Perry, Steve Heaton, Ken Gilliam, Bill Nelson, members of Nidiffer Chapel Free Will Baptist Church and family and friends. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Evelyn Hamilton, 134 S.J. Oliver Loop (Siam), Elizabethton, any time.
