CARTER COUNTY, TN - OBITUARIES - Campbell "Totsie" Williams, 21 Sep 2002 --------------¤¤¤¤¤¤-------------- Campbell Williams Campbell "Totsie" Williams, 81, 168 Little Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, died Saturday, September 21, 2002, at Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Williams was a native of Carter County and the son of the late Henry and Ethel Pierce Williams. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Viola Williams. Mr. Williams was a retired farmer and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include two sisters, Bonnie Williams, of the home, and Novella Ramey, Elizabethton. Willie Campbell officiating. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, in the Caldwell Springs Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Bob Campbell, Kelsey Ramey Jr., Larry Smalling, Bob Lyons, Michael Grindstaff and Wesley Grindstaff. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Morrell, Tim Oliver, Rick Williams, Eddie Williams, Clint Williams, Larry Absher, Sonny Whitehead, friends and neighbors. Those who plan to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Riverside Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home.
