Henry C. Woodby

   Henry C. Woodby, 75, Rt. 4, Elizabethton, died Wednesday, January 
27, 1999, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital following an extended illness.
   Mr. Woodby was a native of Carter County and the son of the late 
Jerry and Mae Rowe Woodby. He was also preceded in death by a brother, 
Charles Woodby, in 1987.
   Mr. Woodby was a retired employee of the T.P.I. Corporation, Johnson 
City. He attended the Free Will Baptist Church.
   Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Louise Webb, Gettysburg, Pa.; a 
niece, Teresa Honeycutt, Elizabethton; and a nephew, Carmon Woodby, 
Roanoke, Va.
   Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

   WOODBY -- Graveside services and interment for Henry C. Woodby, 75, 
Rt. 4, Elizabethton, who died Wednesday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. 
Saturday in the Lyons Chapel Cemetery with Rev. C.A. Howell officiating. 
Active pallbearers will be Robert Gouge, Robert Honeycutt, Dustin 
Honeycutt, Cleven Honeycutt, Carmon Woodby and Larry Hodge. Friends 
may call at the funeral home from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Memorial 
Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
