Milligan College--The commencement exercises of Milligan College closed on Tuesday last. We could not be present but learn that everything passed of pleasantly, and was quite creditable to the growing institution. On Monday night Hon. A. A. Taylor made the literary address. Several persons from the town were present that night. The Johnson City Brass Band, under the leadership of Profs. McMilland and Love, furnished the music for the occassion. The music was so exceptionally fine that the band was banqueted and returned to the city in carriages.
