State of Tennessee. Claiborne County.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Arlis Keck and Jno. P. Davis at the 
County of Claiborne and State of Tennessee are held and firmly bound to the 
State of Tennessee in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars to which 
payment and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and 
administrators, and each and every one of us joingly and severally by these 
presents.
Witness our hands and seal this 18 day of September 1920.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such That whereas the bounded Arlis 
Keck has this day prayed and obtained a License to marry Menada Carey.
Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage and foro whichy 
License is desiring, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in 
full force and virtue in law.

Additional Comments:
Menada Carey was the daughter of James Floyd Carey and Matilda Watson.  Arlis
