Of Hillany? Arkansas or near that place, our true and lawful attorney in fact, to sell and dispose of our quarter section of land situated and lying in the State of Arkansas as will be shown by the Grant accompanying this power of attorney, Granting to the Heirs of Nathaniel Booth, Dec'd and a Soldier of the Regular army as will appear by said grant. The said Moore we hereby authorize to sell our interest if he cannot sell the whole as we have not got the relinquishment of the other heirs, Kevin Philips. All of said land does belong to said Nancy Booth and we do hereby authorize you to sell said land for the best price you can and retain for your services, out of the proceeds of said land and you are further authorized to act and do all matters and things as though we were personally present at the doing.
