Mooney to Alexander Powell I have this day sold and do hereby convey to Alexander Powell his heirs and assigns forever for five hundred dollars to him paid a man slave named Bob. I warrant the title to said slave to the said Alexander Powell his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim of all persons and I also warrant him to be cound healthy sensible and a slave for life. Powel on this day subscribing witnesses to the un????ed Bill of Sale who being first sworn depose and say they are acquainted with Wm. G. Mooney the bargainer said that they saw him sign and heard him acknowledge the exicution of the anexed? bill of sale for the purposes therein contained.
