Bryan in the sum of forty dollars. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas M.L. Bryan a Constable of Coffee County has levied an execution in favor of Jacob Myers against the said Young Darnell for 20 Dollars 28 cts and cost issued by Samuel Umbarger a Justice of said county one sorrel mare of the value of sixty Dollars taken as the property of the said Young Darnell. Now if the property above described should be brought forward and delivered to the said officer to be sold on the 23 day of August at the house of G. V. Fletcher or the said debt and cost shall be paid and satisfied on or before that day to the said officer then this obigation to be void otherwise this the 7th day of August 1852.
